Use of Vac Blow dhc as Bottle and
collapsible tube cleaner
As per the regulations,
industry packing cosmetics, medicinal powders and formulations
in bottles or collapsible tube, need to clean them with
simultanous suction and air blow.
Current practice is to blow compressed air and suction
by high displacement vacuum pumps.
Vac Blow dhc can be effectively used in cleaning of bottles
employing following arrangement:
Bottle
Cleaning Attachment (To be connected with Suction end
of Vac Blow dhc using suitable length of 32 mm duct
hose.) Air Control Unit, Solenoid valve suitably
controlled by machine movement supply air to Vac Blow
dhc gun.
Advantage
of above system:
Lower capital cost as vacuum pump is
replaced by economical Vac Blow gun.
Zero maintenance as Vac Blow dhc has
no moving parts, no oil change.
Compact, space saving because of elimination
of vacuum pump.
