Magnetically Latching Solenoid Valves for Auto taps, Urine flushers and Cistern flushing systems.
All G series valves manufactured by us are being used as control valve in automatic water faucets, urinal flushing system, auto taps and sensor taps. They are used in electrical versions of such devices. Where mains supply is used as power source.

Battery operated sensor taps are convinient to install, lower on maintenance, does not require any plumbing or electric wiring at the location, hence it is ideal for new as well as locations where conventional taps are to be replaced.

Since, electrical water valves require continous source of power, it is not possible to make taps which operates of low cost, low powered battery like 6 V lithium camara battery or alkaline batteries.

General Imsubs offers wide range of water valves which has magnetically latching operators, which requires only 60 mS pulse for latching and delatching. Hence offers very long battery life.

How magnetically latching solenoid valve works

Magnetically latching solenoid valves employs magnets and electrical current to effect operations at expense of very little electrical power.
When electrical current is applied to coil, based on polarity of magnet and direction of current flow valve is latched or delatched.
When current polarity is reversed, valve latches if in delatched position and vice versa.
